Shipping and delivery

All Nina Bow products are handmade by two people in our studio.
Each item takes approximately three to four weeks to produce.

• USA Orders: Shipped via UPS.
  All U.S border fees rely on the customer.

• Canada and International Orders: Shipped via Canada Post or UPS.

Returns and Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Items must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received.
A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Note that the shipping will NOT be reimbursed.
